仪器主要性能及特点
◆该仪器符合国标GB/T212-2001《煤的工业分析方法》的要求。符合GB/T5447、GB/T5449规定。
◆该仪器采用微机控制，应用WINdows XP操作系统，操作简单。具有自动称样重、自动送样、自动处理数据、结果计算、报表打印和存储等功能。即放入样品后，只需点击鼠标即可自动完成测试全过程并打印结果。
◆采用先进的串口通讯技术，避免了因插卡挑槽或认端口的现象。整合系统控制和数据管理，兼容性好，测量数据精度高，系统稳定可靠，故障率低。
◆每120分钟内可测出19个煤样的水分、灰分和挥发份三个指标。经过对二十多种标准煤样的测试，其测试结果均与国标精度相符合。适合批量煤样的分析。
◆采用进口整体炉膛，升温速度快、节能、测试时间短。 采用进口电子天平，进口同步进电机，保证测试精确与性能稳定。
◆该仪器主要用于煤矿、电厂、化工、热力公司、冶金、水泥、军工、大专院校等单位的实验室，对煤、焦炭或其它有机物的水分、灰分、挥发份进行测定并计算其固定碳和发热量。
